What I love about sea otters is that when they're sleeping, so that they don't float away from each other, they'll hold hands (paws, really) with each other. I think one or two of your photos showed this.
I've seen otters swimming in the sea in Scotland, but they're not really the sea otters that you're talking about. They're distant cousins.
